The main terms and conditions of employment for the majority of Queensland Health employees are imposed by bonuses and agreements. With respect to the equal representation of all employees in the voting process, management agreed that the respective unions will conduct their own voting processes to determine support for the proposed agreement and will consider any feedback from these union processes. Although the awards are presented by the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC), the agreements are negotiated by Queensland Health and Queensland Health employee representatives.
